Lori,
Leo must be thinking of the Japanese that run that nuclear power plant complex that is damaged, in that earthquake zone in Japan. With all the half information coming out of that area, you don't know how bad it is and it sounds worse than what they have been saying.

Though I think there is enough lying happening on our side of the globe as well, that who knows what poor Leo is thinking of!
